The text of the anti-capitalists also advocates supporting the demonstrations that may take place on December 21 against the meeting of the Council of Ministers in Barcelona, an aspect that included the yes of JxCat, ERC and the CUP, the vote against Cs, PSC and PP and the abstention of the commons.
The Socialists and the CUP maintained a tense discussion during the debate of this motion on account of the graffiti that had suffered a dozen headquarters of the PSC by the youth organization Arran, linked to the CUP.

The first point of the text, supported by the pro-independence parties, the commons and a deputy of Cs -he was wrong in the vote-, criticizes the figure of the King, the fact that the Magna Carta does not recognize "the right of self-determination", keep "The privileges of the Catholic Church", does not define "as fundamental rights, directly demandable without the need for any regulations that develop them, the right to public health" and that prioritizes "the payment of interest on the debt to the guarantee of the socio-economic rights ".
The rest of the group of Cs, the PSC and the PP voted against.
On the other hand, all the groups except the CUP and Catalonia in Comú Podem rejected another point of the motion, in which the Govern was urged to establish a minimum salary of 1,200 euros per month, as well as a tax reform to raise the IRPF to income of more than 60,000 euros and modify the inheritance tax, in addition to different measures in the fields of health and access to housing.
The CUP also demanded the creation of an "observatory of control, denunciation and transparency in relation to the violation of human rights by" of the Mossos d'Esquadra, a petition that was not approved.
Precisely yesterday the Parliament gave the green light to another motion of the PSC that asked "not instrumentalize" the Mossos. This part of the initiative of the Socialists had the favorable vote of all the groups with the exception of the CUP, which opposed.
