Professor of Contemporary History at Rey Juan Carlos University and grandson of the eminent Spanish philosopher José Ortega y Gasset.
Heads the Ortega-y-Gasset Trust and directs the ‘Revista de Occidente’ founded by his grandfather. From 2002 to 2005 he held the position of director of the College of Spain in Paris.
