The PDeCAT will only talk about Budgets if there is progress "in calling a referendum"

Pere Aragonès, from ERC, says they do not want "threats or blackmail"

The PDeCAT will discuss Budgets with the Government of Pedro Sánchez if there is a "proposal for Catalonia" that will be linked indissolubly to the progress "in calling a referendum", as official sources have told EL PAÍS. The Deputy of the PDeCAT, Ferrán Bel, has considered this Wednesday a "reasonable proposal" that his training negotiates the General State Budgets of 2019 and has asked Sanchez that the presentation of the accounts in the Congress be accompanied by an alternative to give a solution to Catalonia. However, sources of the party have specified these statements in such a way that the hypothetical support of the independence party to the Budgets remains in the same point in which it was.
