Lehendakari Urkullu advises Torra "dialogue and relaxation" to solve the Catalan crisis

Lehendakari Urkullu has tried on Wednesday to convince the president of the Generalitat, Quim Torra, that the path of dialogue and relaxation with the central government are more appropriate than confrontation to resolve the Catalan crisis opened with the procés. The Basque president has proposed the convenience of "taking advantage of" the current parliamentary majority that supports the Executive of Pedro Sánchez to find a solution "by agreement" to the nationalist aspirations of the Government, but his interlocutor has made it clear that he is not for this work. Catalonia, proclaimed Torra, is immersed in "a process towards independence".
